Therapy Approach
I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to you. My role is to listen deeply, help you uncover what’s most important to you, and offer tools that support real, lasting change. I take a trauma-informed and DBT-informed approach, meaning I’m mindful of how past experiences shape the present, and I provide practical skills to help manage emotions, build resilience, and improve relationships. I also draw from Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, and play-based approaches when working with children.
While I welcome individuals of all ages, my heart is especially drawn to supporting teens and young adults, a time of life filled with transitions, identity exploration, and big emotions. That said, whether you’re 8, 18, or 40, you deserve support that meets you exactly where you are.
All sessions are available as walk-and-talk therapy for those who find movement and fresh air grounding, or virtual therapy for those who prefer the comfort of their own space. I offer individual, couples, and family sessions depending on your needs.
My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the next steps toward the life you want.
