Individual Psychotherapy
Life is full of changes, challenges, and seasons that can feel overwhelming. Individual therapy is your space to slow down, breathe, and work through what’s been weighing on you; whether that’s anxiety, depression, stress, big life transitions, or simply feeling “stuck.” I offer both virtual sessions and walk-and-talk therapy so that you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable.
Kids (6+)
Childhood can be full of curiosity, learning, and growth; but also big feelings that are hard to name. In sessions with kids, I use creativity, play, and age-appropriate tools to help them build emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills. This is a space where they can feel understood, heard, and safe to be themselves.
Teens & Young Adults
The teen and young adult years are a time of incredible growth and self-discovery; but also pressure, uncertainty, and sometimes loneliness. This is the age group I feel especially passionate about working with. My approach blends compassion, honesty, and practical skills, helping young people navigate friendships, family changes, self-esteem, identity, academic stress, and planning for the future. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, healthy boundaries, and a stronger sense of self.
Adults
Adulthood brings its own set of demands; relationships, careers, family responsibilities, and personal goals. Sometimes it feels like you’re juggling too much, and other times it feels like you’ve lost your sense of direction. In therapy, I help adults slow down, untangle what’s been on their mind, and create a path forward that feels intentional and sustainable.
